
Nicole Lowder
Nicole is our manager here at Clemmons Gymnastics.
She coaches both of our Carolina Elite cheerleading squads
as well as working with all gymnastics levels and ages, from our
Parent-n-Tot program, to basic tumbling classes, all the way
to the Advanced Intermediate level. She started gymnastics at
Clemmons Gymnastics at the age of 5, and began cheering
for their Clemmons All-Stars at age 7. She did competitive
cheerleading for 10 years, in which her squad won over
20 National Titles as well as walking away with 1st place
at the 2005 World Championship. In April of 2009,
Nicole competed on an Open Coed International
team at the USASF World Championships and
placed 7th out of 47 teams from around the world. Nicole
has been teaching here for 6 years.

Gaylynn
Gaylynn is our Pre-School Director. She has worked
with pre-school children for22 years and has 15
years of gymnastics experience, as well as having
taught with us for 15 years.

Taylor
Taylor works with classes of all levels of gymnastics
as well as coaching our Carolina Elite Wildcats. She has
7 years of gymnastics experience and has been cheering
for 3 years. She was chosen as a UCA All-American Cheerleader
and invited to perform in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade,
London New Year's Parade, and the 2010 Capital One Bowl in
Orlando, FL. This is Taylor's 3rd year with us.

Jay
Jay is our Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He has been
strength training for over 20 years and has been working
with athletes on their strength, speed and athletic abilities
for over 18 years. He is a member of the National Strength
and Conditioning Association; a registered Black Belt
in TKDO and a Mixed Martial Artist. Jay has worked with
athletes of all levels from Professional to seven year olds
just starting out. He has experience working with athletes
in several sports including but not limited to: football,
baseball, basketball, triathalons, gymnastics, swimming,
track and field, martial arts, lacrosse, volleyball, wrestling,
cheerleading, and many more.
Jay is a published author for several strength and
conditioning articles and continues to work with
athletes of all age groups and colleges on an
individual basis including University of Tampa,
Georgia Tech, NC State and several others.
Nick
Nick is a graduate of Wake Forest University, where
he was a cheerleader all 4 years. He is now helping
in our Cheereading Program and Tumbling Classes.
He has 2 years of experience working with children,
and has workedwith cheerleaders for 1 year. This is
Nick's first year with us.

Sonya
Sonya is our Day Camp/After-School Director
and also works with the pre-school classes.
She is beginning her 3rd year with Clemmons
Moravian Preschool. She has N.C. Early Childhood
Credentials Certificates I & II, and has professional
experience working with autistic and special needs
children as well.

Mary
Mary is a member of our Day Camp/After-School
Care staff. She is also currently a 3 year old
preschool teacher at Clemmons Moravian
Preschool, where she has taught for 8 years.
In addition, she has a Bachelor of Arts degree
from UNCC, certification in First Aid and CPR.
Volunteer work included religious education
of third graders and a Girl Scout Leader for 10
years. She has experience working with special
needs and autistic children.

Casey
Casey teaches Beginner and Advanced Beginner
classes, as well as experience in teaching pre-school,
and our Summer Day Camp. She has 13 years of
gymnastics experience, 9 years of dance, and has
taught with us for 4 years.

Brittany
Brittany teaches Beginner and Advanced
Beginner I & II classes. She has had 5 years of
gymnastics experience and has taught with us
for 2 years.

Catherine
This is Catherine's second year with us. She did
competitive gymnastics for 10 years, where she
went to the Regional Competition twice, competing
as high as Level 9. She has also cheered on the
Varsity squad for her high school for 1 year.

Gracie

Erin
Erin teaches pre-school classes and this is her
second year teaching with us. She has 11 years of
gymnastics experience, all from Clemmons
Gymnastics. She has spent the last 4 years
tumbling after completing all of our class levels.
She has also been a cheerleader for 6 1/2 years.

Maddie
Maddie has 10 years of gymnastics experience,
6 years of cheerleading, 2 of which were with
our former Clemmons All-Stars. This is her
second year teaching.
